Money shapes our choices, but our mindset shapes our money. This program helps you untangle the psychological patterns that keep you stuck and build a healthier relationship with finances.
Start Your JourneyWe're not talking about budgeting apps or investment strategies here. Those come later. First, you need to understand why you make the financial decisions you do.
Over twelve weeks, we'll work through the unconscious beliefs that drive spending habits, avoidance behaviours, and anxiety around money. You'll learn to recognise when fear makes decisions for you, and how to create new patterns that align with what you actually want.
We start by mapping your financial autobiography. Where did your current beliefs about money come from? What messages did you absorb growing up? You'll complete reflective exercises that often reveal surprising connections between past experiences and current patterns.
Here's where we identify your specific triggers and coping mechanisms. Maybe you shop when stressed. Maybe you avoid checking your accounts. We'll explore these patterns without judgment, understanding them as attempts to manage difficult emotions.
You'll begin building new neural pathways. This isn't about willpower or forcing change. It's about creating small, consistent practices that rewire your automatic responses. We focus on what actually works for your brain and lifestyle.
The final phase is about making these changes stick. You'll develop your own toolkit for navigating future challenges and build a support structure that keeps you accountable to yourself, not to external pressure.

I expected practical tips. What I got was much deeper. Understanding why I avoided looking at my super for years changed everything. Now I can actually have conversations about money without that pit in my stomach.
Completed January 2025
The exercises felt uncomfortable at first. Turns out that discomfort was exactly what I needed to push through. I'm making decisions now based on what I want, not what I'm afraid of losing.
Completed February 2025
I thought my problem was not earning enough. Turned out my problem was shame about where I started. Once I could separate those things, the path forward became clearer than it's ever been.
This isn't about overnight transformation. But participants often notice these shifts emerging during and after the program.
You'll develop tools to manage the emotional charge around money decisions. Checking your balance won't trigger the same dread. Planning for the future becomes possible instead of paralyzing.
When you understand your patterns, you can spot when fear or old beliefs are driving. This awareness creates space to choose differently, aligned with your actual priorities.
Money conversations with partners, family, or colleagues become less fraught. You'll have language for what's happening internally, which makes external discussions far more productive.
Instead of dramatic changes that don't stick, you'll build small practices that compound. These become automatic over time, supporting your wellbeing without constant effort.
